Sika Accelerator

Description: Cold weather and rapid hardening admixture for mortars and concretes.

Uses:

• As a rapid hardening liquid admixture for mortars and concretes that do not contain steel reinforcement.
• As an accelerator of sand and cement mortars, screeds, renders and paving where a reduced setting and hardening time is required.
• As an aid to cold weather working.
• As an anti-freeze in mortar for working at temperatures down to -2șC.

• Enables mortar and concrete placement at low temperatures

Dosage rate: will depend on ambient temperature or acceleration required. As a guide this will be 1.5 to 3litres per 25kg cement.
