Sikamix Mortar Plasticiser

Description:

Sikamix Mortar Plasticiser is a general purpose, economic liquid plasticiser and improver for brick and blockwork mortars.

Typical Uses: Sikamix is a liquid plasticising and air entraining admixture for improving workability and final properties of:

• Brick mortars
• Blockwork mortars

Advantages:

• Produces a 'fatty' mortar with excellent workability
• Reduces water demand - increases strength
• Improves frost resistance of hardened mortar
• Reduces efflorescence

Application:

• Premix Sikamix with clean water at the required dosage rate for the application.
• Add to the premixed sand and cement.
• If mixing by hand, use a method that will ensure thorough mixing.
• Use immediately.

Dosage rate: 70 - 140ml per 25Kg cement.

Handling Precautions:

• Protect from frost
• Protect all mortars from premature drying in accordance with good site practice
