K11 One part Polyurethane Sealant is a premium quality one component low modulus sealant designed to replace conventional one part Polysulphide sealants in most applications. The product remains permanently flexible to accommodate joint movement and adheres to most building surfaces, such as concrete, ceramics, wood, metal, uPVC etc. K11 Polyurethane Sealant is fast curing, can be overpainted when cured and is highly durable with excellent weathering properties and high resistance to atmospheric pollution.

Areas for use:
- For most construction, expansion and dilation joints in brickwork, stone and concrete structures, vertical and horizontal.
- Pointing of perimeter joints around timber window and door frames.
- Capping to beaded glazing systems.
- Sealing and pointing in roofline applications and to composite panels, metal panels and steel structures.
- Sealing and pointing pre-cast concrete panels.
Areas not for use:
- On surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers
- In conjunction with bitumen or asphalt- use Weathermate Sealant
- Do not handle portable assemblies until the sealant is fully cured.
- It is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability for use.
Application:
- All surfaces to be sealed must be sound, clean and dry. The depth of the joint should be approx. 50% of the width to a minimum of 10mm on porous surfaces or 5mm on non-porous surfaces.
- Pierce membrane inside tip of cartridge. Apply nozzle, remove baseplate with screwdriver.
- Cut nozzle cleanly at an angle of 45˚ with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed.
- To ensure a proper bond, always smooth down sealant using a spatula or piece of wood wetted with soap and water solution.
- Tool down within 15minutes of application.
